When shutting down Cascade CMS, the log file may contain several messages similar to the following:

19-Jun-2015 14:27:36.370 SEVERE [localhost-startStop-2] org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoaderBase.checkThreadLocalMapForLeaks The web application [ROOT] created a ThreadLocal with key of type [com.hannonhill.cascade.util.thread.CascadeThreadLocal$1] (value [[email protected]]) and a value of type [java.util.HashMap] (value [{}]) but failed to remove it when the web application was stopped. Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.

These messages are due to Tomcat's MemoryLeakProtection feature which was introduced in Tomcat 6.0.26+. They are harmless and can be ignored.
